What the warranty covers
Manufacturing defects such as welding, crimping, fixing of chains or clasps.
Abnormal discoloration of the materials used
(excluding normal wear and tear).
What the warranty does not cover
Normal wear and tear from daily use
(scratches, natural tarnishing).
Accidental damage
(shocks, breakage due to improper handling).
Loss or theft of jewelry.
Any modification or repair carried out by a third party.
How to claim your warranty?
Contact me by email at emilie@zemia.be indicating your description of the problem.
Provide a photo of the jewelry in question.
I will guide you on the steps to follow for repair or replacement.
Recommended maintenance
Avoid prolonged contact with water, chemicals or perfumes.
Store your jewelry away from humidity and direct light.
Clean them regularly with a soft cloth.
